The solutions Haco offers for printed labels involve various printing techniques, including screen printing, flexography and textile sublimation.
Most of our base ribbons are produced in-house, which allows for a greater variety of fibers, colors and effects for producing printed labels.
Silk-screen printing
Technique used for embossed prints, glossy effects or products that need more color coverage. This technique can be used on different types of backgrounds, with different fibers and textures.
Flexography
A very versatile technique which enables a greater number of colors to be printed per product than screen printing. In addition, it is a high-speed process that can print both the front and back of the label, and also allows for the chromia technique - where the colors are mixed, forming a gradient in the print.
Textile Sublimation
Sublimation is specific to polyester backgrounds, where you can reproduce images with optimum definition and without limiting the number of colors.
