A favorite of the jeanswear line, decorative waistband labels are striking pieces that add a lot of value to the final product.
At Haco, we have a wide variety of backgrounds and finishes that can be used for waistband labels. Check out some of the techniques used by Haco customers below:
Laser Engraving
Cost-effective customization technique for PU. Allows details to be engraved and the material to be given a customized cut shape.
Flared/Burnt
The flared finish is a classic for waistband labels! Our bases have a well-marked burn, with low relief and excellent definition.
Foil/Dry ink
Similar application techniques, but with different proposals. While foil gives the piece a glossy/metallic finish, dry ink has a matte finish.
Silk-screen Printing/Printing
Processes that add color to materials. Screen printing is used to create relief, metallic and neon effects. Printing, on the other hand, gives perfect color matching, can reproduce images and has no color limitation in the design.
PU with re-stained metal
Product composed of a leather or PU base with re-stained metal. The combination of these two pieces brings even more beauty and design to the final piece.
Craquelure leather with sublimation
A technique that enables images to be reproduced on leather and gives the product a distinctive look. In addition, it is possible to create details by adding other finishes on top of the sublimation, such as foil and dry ink.
All these finishes can be done on more than 60 bases, with different colors and thicknesses, such as PU's, leathers, sustainable materials and synthetic materials.
